At A Gift for Teaching, we believe teachers are superheroes, so we always make sure they are treated like the stars they are! For Teacher Appreciation Week 2025, we rolled out the red carpet — literally and figuratively — with a shopping week filled with fun, gratitude, and amazing surprises!
Our teacher appreciation celebration was nothing short of epic. Because their impact deserves to be seen by all, bright billboards across the community displayed heartfelt messages of gratitude for teachers with special thanks to Clear Channel Outdoor. Then, from the moment teachers stepped in to the Free Teacher Supply Store, they were welcomed with festive cheer and complimentary treats that set the stage for an unforgettable experience.
Teachers tried their luck at spinning the winning wheel where exciting prizes were up for grabs such as gift cards, Disney items, mystery class supply boxes, creative art supplies, and more. But the excitement didn’t stop there! Every teacher also received a chance to enter to win multiple grand prize drawings from generous community partners like Universal Orlando and Kendra Scott Mall at Millenia. Additional gratitude is shared with Walmart Neighborhood Market on Curry Ford, Walmart Distribution Center in Davenport, Orlando World Center Marriot, and Larry Scott for helping to put smiles on our teachers’ faces by making this celebration possible.
Behind every great teacher is a story of impact. Our staff also took a moment to share a few words about the teachers who made a lasting impression in their lives.
The entire Music Department faculty from elementary through high school supported me and believed in me more than I believed in myself.
