The Great Big Backpack Build is the ultimate team-building project to help guarantee thousands of students will begin the school year excited and prepared to learn. This fun, impactful giveback experience is infused with corporate social responsibility and perfect for any size company, business, employee resource group, or community organization.

Support Students: Hosting a virtual and/or physical supply drive is as easy as 1 – 2 – 3! Invite family and friends to support your drive or create company teams for friendly competition.

Collect Top Essentials: Help get ready for the next school year! Community drives and fundraisers provide one-third of A Gift For Teaching’s annual distribution of supplies to teachers and students.

Join WKMG News 6 for a one-day special on August!

The Back-to-School Telethon broadcasts LIVE to get results for local teachers and students. Through A Gift for Teaching, every dollar received is transformed into $10 worth of supplies for teachers and students, but for 24 hours, the impact of every donation will go even further.
